Specialist Support Coordination is funded for participants who have additional high or complex needs, such as navigating the health or justice system. Support is provided by a qualified practitioner, such as a psychologist or social worker.

Can Support have the capacity to deliver Specialist Support Coordination, to help those with additional high or complex needs to remove the barriers to implementing and using their NDIS plan.
Specialist Support Coordination provides all the services as regular Support Coordination, such as implementing your plan, building your skills, engaging with supports and developing your independence, but at a higher level for those in more complex situations. It ensures consistency of service and support to navigate a higher level of needs.
We can support you to implement your NDIS plan and work towards your goals whilst also navigating any interactions with the health, education or justice system.
