What are our Values?
-
We are accountable to the needs and wishes of our participants, which is at the centre of what we do. We embrace our roles and responsibilities, and the trust that our participants hold with us to support them, by delivering our services at the highest standard. We uphold NDIS processes and procedures to ensure safety of our staff and participants, stop fraudulent activity, criminal behaviour, or the inappropriate or unauthorised use of Can Support resources.
-
Honesty and transparency are crucial to developing the trust-based relationships with our participants. Our commitment is to support people with compassion and respect, and to deliver on the expectations of our participants. At Can Support we display a high standard of professionalism, take pride in our work and uphold the responsibility to act in a way that enhances the reputation of Can Support.
-
We always behave in a respectful manner and treat others with dignity. We are respectful of diversity, needs, privacy and personal space. We value and acknowledge the opinions and contributions of our colleagues and participants. We do not exploit the people we assist, including children and other vulnerable people, in any way.
Who do we look after?
We look after people of all age groups, disabilities, goals and support needs. We have a thorough understanding of the local community in Inner West Sydney and the Greater Sydney region, and are expanding our services to the Newcastle region.
We also have strong experience with Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation, for people needing assistance with housing options.
