Ary Babazadeh Director

Hello (: I’d like to tell you a little bit about my personality and hopefully will get to know more about you! I am a self-motivated, adaptable and responsible worker. I thrive in fast paced, challenging environments and deliver results when under pressure. I am open minded and would like to continue learning from other people. I have a Bachelor degree in Health and Movement, and have worked in various roles and leadership positions in the community and disability services sector in Sydney since 2014.

Rebecca Moore

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I previously worked as a Local Area Coordinator for the NDIS for three years. Prior to that, I graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts (Social Policy, Government and International Relations) which developed my knowledge of government processes and services. My key strengths are in communication and paying attention to details. I have a genuine, caring personality and would love to learn more about you and how we can help.

How did Ary start working in the NDIS?

Due to my experience of having multiple family members living with a disability, I wanted to contribute to a more inclusive society. When the NDIS rolled out in 2016, I joined the Local Area Coordination (LAC) program, and have been learning and navigating the changes along the NDIS journey since! Within the LAC program, I moved into a managerial position until May 2020, and then moved into the NDIS service provider space. I therefore have a unique understanding of all perspectives, from the participants, to the NDIS planning, and the service providers. Collectively we have learnt so much about various disabilities, available supports, and the possibilities that can be offered by the NDIS, therefore we are all contributing to what the NDIS has become and how it will continue to evolve.

Who do we look after?

We look after people of all age groups, disabilities, goals and support needs. We have a thorough understanding of the local community in Inner West Sydney and the Greater Sydney region, and are expanding our services to the Newcastle region. We also have strong experience with Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation, for people needing assistance with housing options.
