About us
At Can Support, we specialise in NDIS Support Coordination and have been serving & providing experience in the NDIS space since 2016.
We focus on supporting you to build your skills and independence, to direct your life, and to build the support network that’s right for you. We can support you to negotiate with providers about services and costs so that you are getting the most out of your NDIS plan.
We support you to have a smooth NDIS journey by ensuring service agreements and bookings are completed, and solving any problems that arise. We will help you build your capacity to exercise choice and control, to coordinate your support network, and access your local community.
Can Support services
If you have been approved for Support Coordination funding, we will assist you with budgeting your plan, engaging the right support networks for you, liaising with all your providers and preparing for your review meetings.
